Nathenking, I just ordered vortex, pandora's box, chernobyl, and agent orange since I saw your AO's and they looked so nice and uniform. I still haven't had a chance to get the damn pics of Bubba Kush! the hustles and bustles of everyday life...I will for sure have pics thursday evening to friday morning on my off day. I also will show the other JTR that I have not been documenting as it is looking very bushy for how late it was started. I just put together my 400hps cooltube and plan on finishing it in there if the frost comes early this year. Thanks for sticking around bro
very nice choices man, ive heard that vortex is just amazing... Cant wait for some more pics..

So I finally finished taking pictures of Bubba Kush today. Haven't had time to enjoy this plant in a while. It's poking along... for an Indica it seems odd, but I don't know anything about kush. All my fav's are mainly Sativa dominant. Pics as soon as they load................................:blsmoke:

Some shots of her this evening. Windy as hell outside today... But I think she looks OK. I am starting to see it will be a small yielder. The bud sites are only about 7-8 inches long. It is also getting to the 50's at night and I'm hoping it will change color, but if not whatever. It will at the least be some good smoke. The Little JTR is doing well, but I don't have pics loaded yet, I'll show them tomorrow.

Yeah, today I went out early and I think it's definitely male 100%
You may want to move him to his own corner and keep him for some pollen?

I have a nice The Flav male I am going to hold on to and get another cutting of that cheese and sprinkle some Flav on it

If you have the space it may be worth messing around but be warned that stuff flies all over the place so be careful

Thanks T, I did isolate him. In fact I gave the cuts to buddies that will keep him safe as I have no room for him at the moment.
The flav X cheese will be superb! Keep me posted on that man, I'd love to see progress/results

So I wanted to give you guys some pics of bubba kush in better light. The other day I shot at sundown, so today I got some early afternoon pics for ya. I'm a little bothered at how much water I'm going through now. It's been dry and windy as hell for the past several days. I think the water is basically getting "sucked" out of the pots:cry: It looks decent though. I love this soil:hump: It has a long way to go, but I have an incredible smell that was not present in prior weeks. Also appears to be some resin appearing. The temps during the day are very nice with the high tapering down to 82-84, at night we are in the low 60's and dropping:blsmoke: I have heard bubba is a somewhat long flowering indica, I've never grown it before, so we'll see. It was a "late bloomer" and is still very premature. Frost hits here around three weeks into October. Any ways let me know what you guys think of it, I'm loading pics of the young JTR now.....

Ok so this plant like it's sibling has that very lemony-pine smell, even in veg. I like! The leaves are starting to burn at the tips, I hope the dirt isn't too hot at the bottom... The bugs must love these things b/c this is honestly the only strain that has been bothered by the bugs this bad. The Neem is working, but it did cause some burn marks b/c it was applied early in the day. Other than that we're growing good for how late it is. I plan on finishing this one inside under my new set up since it will most likely be killed outside by frost. I just made a stealth wardrobe with a 400hps cool tube with a 350cfm 6" vortex. It cools the bulb down pretty quick. I am able to hold my hands on it very comfortably:mrgreen:

So today my much anticipated mail came. Inside were 5 Agent Orange, 5 Pandora's Box, 2 Vortex, and 2 Chernobyl. They all look good, I'm worried about attitude's seed selection of the Vortex, they are minuscule in size and very pale/green. But when you go pick and mix I guess it's a risk you take. I really wanted to try this strain, but maybe they'll do good anyways:blsmoke:

I have the same BK and the mites love the f*cker.....great looking grow- keep the updates comin.
Thankfully I have not seen a spider mite yet(knock on wood), but my biggest problem is grasshoppers... I am this close to going chemical warfare on their asses, but then it wouldn't be organic anymore. I stick with Neem oil and it does OK.

Thanks nathenking your grow looks spectacular! What is your opinion of Bubba Kush as a fellow TGA fan? I am skeptical only because of the negativity towards GHS's breeding methods.
Ive smoked Bubba out of Humboldt and it was legit... But I have never used GHS for beans, so could not compare or contrast brudda...

Yeah I wish I had the Humboldt cut. This one was a freebie with the JTR, I've never even smoked bubba kush so this will be a learning experience. I'm not big on Indica's. By the way the JTR is a girl!:hump: She will go in under the 400 in a few weeks!

So the bubba has been doing great. Temps are fantastic. And the buds are definitely getting thicker and smellier:blsmoke: I noticed some splitting on the main stalk, which supports the biggest two cola's, so I repaired it a few days ago and it's grown back together already. It's amongst some other foliage that when disturbed broke some of the popcorn buds... I like my plant thirsty before watering, and it broke off easily as ot was significantly dryer. So I'll throw it in thebongsmilie The JTR is up next.........

So now that I have a female JTR the fun really begins! My plans are to clone this bad girl and finish her indoors once it's too cold outside. She will have four main heads and God I love that lemony sweet-pine smell she has. Hell even my JTR male reeked like this, so needless to say I'm sure I'll be impressed with the results:mrgreen: Thank you Sub for the genes and the kick ass soil that I haven't had to one thing but add some water! Here's some shots of my JTR
