Hurricane Dorian

I was just back to get my girls ready for the hurricane. It's going to be bad I think. I'm in Nova Scotia, and we are supposed to get 100-150mm of rain, and wind gust over 100km. My plants are in the woods, so some wind will get stopped by the trees around my plants I hope.
I'm hoping for the best.

I live where wind gusts over 100km+ happen on the regular. 150km+ is not unheard of each year. They are saying Dorian could bring 200km+ here. Should be fun.
I will be doing nothing for my plants and see how they make out.

Cheers :)

Not too far from the Halifax Airport here.
Live on top of a hill, no huge trees near the house, generator is working, girls are in the basement.
Have food, water, batteries and gas.
Biggest worry is how bad my dog is going to freak out.

About to finish my coffee, then a quick walk-around & throw all the "loose objects" I can find into the garage.
Taking the dog for some exercise and then hunker down.

Good luck all.
