There is no need to watch that vid. Ranked choice voting is not new. That particular vid gives a very biased overview of ranked choice voting. Don't get me wrong, I like it for local elections. It's not practical for large elections. It also doesn't address the effect of big money on politics. In fact, the way it was described in that vid, RCV would make it easier for big money corporations and individuals to take even greater control than they have now.

I agree if any corruption has occurred whoever is involved should most definitely be prosecuted.

It's just a procedural ruling, something to do with venue problems. New charges for the same thing will be filed in another state. I'm hoping that this sets a precedent for monitoring of family of presidents (and maybe other offices, such as SCOTUS) to ensure they don't engage in criminal behavior while their father, sibling or son are in office.
