Hi guys, so i´ve got little question here... i smoked mj (BioDiesel Mass - GREAT) about 20 h ago... it was great, listened to classical music and enjoyed. But now...20 hours later, I´m feeling odd, cannot concentrate much and i´m just feeling that this is not normal. Last meal was lunch about 9 hours ago, i´m pretty hungry. So my idea is... if i´m hungry and probably metabolised every glucose a glycogen molecule in my body, could it be the THC that were in fat that i´m right now metabolizing? Or is it just some aftereffect? Thanks, sorry for eng

No, you are having an episode of hypoglycemia- you haven't eaten in hours.

You are simply hungry.

If you are someone who often has long breaks between meals, like I am, weed is a good appetite stimulant for the immediate effect, not ages afterwards.

Some say smoking lowers Glucose Levels, i don't believe the hype. I'm a type one Diabetic for 22 years(i'm 25, will be 26 on 12-22) i have tried this many times and its not true. You may be experiencing hypoglycemia though as stated above. One thing i notice though is that if i am becoming hypoglycemic while i'm high(happens alot in the a.m. with wake n bake and insulin around the same time) it takes me a little longer to notice the effects in the body. sometimes when i am high and know for a fact my glucose level is on point i still feel hypoglycemic but i brush it off because i know i'm good.

Ok, i guess it was hypoglycemia...but now, just theoretically, could you get high from THC that is dissolved in your fat? Is it stored as THC or some metabolites(still psychoactive?)? I mean, if i smoked everyday for a year and then stopped and loose weight(fat) rapidly, could i get high from it? In Dr. House there was a case in which some fat lady loose her weight rapidly and that caused hypervitaminosis, because some vitamins (A,D,E,K) are soluble in fat only. She lost her fat ->vitamins freed to bloodstream in large quantities->hypervitaminosis. What do you think? Dr. House is not a great source of 100% info but anyway...

THC is slowly released from the fat its stored in but it doesnt let nearly enough or at a fast enough rate to feel the effects. would imagine you would have to have an incredible amount of THC stored in the body to be able to walk around getting high without smoking.
