Humidity problem

Hello I'm 12 days into flowering in a 100x100x200 grow tent, vegged 4 weeks with a 600 watt metal halide not a problem temps were around 28-30°C humidity was around 51% but now 12 days into flower humidity is around 75% which is gonna cause problems eventually.. the humidity is about 70-80& in the house I think which I personally think is due to the humidifier from the first grow and partly due to cold and wet weather down here where I am.. got 4 plants flowering with 600watt hps now, I do have a cheap £45 humidifier in the grow tent but I don't think its good enough.. So is my only option getting a decent humidifier? I haven't really got the money to spend £100+ on one at the moment but if I need to I will. here is a pic taken today, they have been lollipopped but not much. any advice would be appreciated, got more pics and info if needed thanks :D

Argos man. You can get a dimplex 10ltr for 119 pounds n shes auto shut off,bit high on the watts but not the worst @250w.
ive a delonge 10ltr n she's bang tidy...cost around 120e at the time n still runs well. She turns off when the ideal humidity has been reached n turns back on when needed.

Rice! Lots and lots of rice! Pulls moister right from the air just like throwing ur phone in rice after dropping in in water

Yeah Argos or amazon is where I will buy it lol.. even if I get the humidity perfect in the tent, the carbon filter/extractor fan is gonna pull that moist air straight back in right, the whole house humidity is over 70% and the carbon filter is now running 24hour? if buying shit loads of rice is gonna help I will.. but id much rather save time and buy a decent dehumidifier if I must?

Yeah I thought a dehumidifier would be my only option... roughly how long do you think it will last with max ventilation and air movement before I will NEED to purchase a dehumidifier? got a holiday coming up soon so money is a slight issue

Head down to argos n have a gander man.you wont have to pay a ton in postage like you would with amazon.im in ireland our humidity this time of years mad.
When you're in our kinda climate a dehumidifier is a must n that one I suggested is as cheap as you'll find without buying a crap one...stay away from their value range you're after quality with these badboys lol
I'd found a nice one in aldi that I use sometimes cuz I can position the exhaust which is located at the top towards (it's a feature they added to blow warm air on drying clothes so they dry faster) towards my tent n it helps with temps a bit.think it cost 70e was such a bargain I'd to buy it on the spot.not seem one as cheap since with the same quality. If u ever forget to fill ur water for feeding the girls u can use some dehumidifier water...its saved my ass a ton of times haha

If the rf outside is not really high then why not have a inline pull air in from a fresh air vent have a blower blow out stale air and a little oscillating fan if your temps are right this will balance out your levels

Yeah the house is pretty humid, no mould though.. thanks for your advice guys I am buying a decent humidifier for £100-150 in the next couple days.. Humidity in the tent is 85% and temps are bloody low 17°C.. is that due to it being so humid? because before the humidity crept up the temps were steady 22-28°C. So pissed off I better be able to sort it before more problems appear.

The temp will rise slightly as RH decreases. The heat from the dehumidifier alone will help.

Yeah I thought so, should I have the dehumidifier in the room with the grow tent or in the actual grow tent? (its pretty tight in there as it is though)

Like I said with my aldi dehumidifier she's got a great little vent that allows u to angle the vent so u can control where the heats blasted (meant for aiming at clothes so it dries faster but I point it towards the tent lol). Try closing one of your intake ports I had both mine open with 6' ducting n once I closed one my temps went up to 24c

I think I will be getting the Dimplex Forte 10 Litre Dehumidifier you suggested.. money is an issue at the moment and I can pay Argos over 3months so I think I'll get that lol, I'm sure it will do the job, right? :D

No worries man u definitely won't regret it! Makes controlling humidity a breeze. You'll have optimal humidity all the damn time n if u forget to let ur water declor u can use a bit of dehumidifier water to keep ur girls optimal till u can feed em...win win
