Humidity-Help Please!

Can't get muh durn humidity up. Stays between 20-30 percent. Usually the lower. I have a Vick's humidifier. It works but doesn't do anything really. My problem is the exhaust fan sucks everything out so fast that humidity doesn't have the time to build up. I can't turn my fan down because it deals with the heat. I have a small bucket of water beside the fan also. My room is 12 sq.ft. with two 400w lights. 8in. inline fan for exhaust outtake, hole in growroom wall for intake(airconditioned air on other side), and a box fan for circulation inside. Any suggestions??

Ah, okay. What, drape it over the fan or just anywhere really?
String up some jute twine, the heavy 4 ply stuff you get at the hardware store or walgreens...hang wet towels.

The surface area of towels is much greater, and therefore will work better than a bucket.

Hang the towels, with the bottom of the towels sitting in a wallpaper trough of water, with the fan blowing on the towels. The towel will continually draw water from the trough enough to keep it at its maximum, moisture holding ability. Done deal.
