humidity dome ok for seedlings?

I'm having trouble keeping my humidity above 25% in my seedling room. I am using a warm air humidifier, and keeping the tray bottom wet, but the humidifier only has the capacity to work for 8 hours then shuts off. I have read conflicting info on using a humidity dome on seedlings. Is it ok to use one with seedlings? or will it lead to damping off issue? Please help! thanks!

I use a dome for seedlings. As soon as they break the surface of the soil I remove it. I mist the surface of the soil for a few days just to keep it moist. Works for me. :bigjoint:
