Humidifier Reservoir

Hi, I'm using a humidifier for my grow tent and it uses a lot of water. I'm going to get a larger one but I want to reduce the hassle of refilling it. My idea is to use a 5 gallon bucket, hopefully outside the tent as a reservoir to refill the humidifier. I was just going use some air line tubing, and start it as you would for siphoning. Does anybody have any better ideas?

Yeah, thanks. I'm still trying to figure out how to do it though to make as much use of the 5 gallons as I can without overflowing the humidifier. There must be some simple system that uses a float and a valve. Maybe I should look at how the WaterFarm 8 pack works. It's supposed to be a simple gravity fed system.
