Humid and well ventilated? Indoor growing question....

Hi everyone,

I grow bonsai indoors under T5 lights and have done so for a few years now. I grow tropical plants (Ficus) that love the heat and humidity. Usually what I'll do is I'll build a box out of PVC, then cover it in plastic and add a plexiglass roof:

This usually works out pretty well. However, I've lately been having issues with bugs, mostly spider mites. The air in the setups is stagnant and doesn't move. The trees, when not infected with bugs, love the setups and grow like weeds (due to the high heat and humidity). The bugs are driving me crazy. This brings me to my question.

Does anyone have an idea of how I can keep the setups warm/humid, while keeping the air inside them circulating and fresh? I have tried cutting a hole in the side and placing a fan there, but doing so drops the heat and humidity. I figured you indoor growers really know what you're doing and could help me out. Thanks for any tips!

smaller fan n smaller holes.. or get a cool tube for your light and just pull the light heat out only not the humidity..

Thanks! See, I'm not familiar with the types of fans you all use. I've wanted to learn how to use them, but haven't gotten around to that just yet.
