You said are you 'guys'.

That's plural. I understand how to read and use the forum. I am not looking for a fight. You keep insulting, I keep ignoring those and will just continue pointing out the facts.

Good day my friend, you need to take this all less personally.

1) Who says "you guys" was directed at you? I was talking to Harrekin...do you really not understand that?

2) I dont even know what point you are trying to make.....

This thread is about Snowstorm...and will it work with organic nutes.

What are you talking about homie?....Like besides that you think I am insulting to you.

I dont ever take intenet jibber jabber seriously brother. This is funny. If you dont think high K in flower promotes trich production...dont use it. Its easy.

If you wanna start a thread about how Snowstorm is a ripoff and post up a awesome recipe for DIY at home.....it would be cool! I would sub to get the info, fur shure! Thats really not what this thread is about. But it could be I suppose..

Post up a Snowstorm recipe! Shit...I'll save the money.

If the OP doesn't mind this thread going there...I sure dont. It would be cool for you to share your knowledge on the subject so we all can benefit. Thats the whole point of a forum, right? Sharing information so we can all get better.

peace brother, I bear no ill will toward you.

Especially if you can save me some cheese.:joint:

Although, ....doesn't matter for me these days... liquid bone meal has been MY personal choice of late.......a Snowstorm recipie would be sweet.

Just buy some Potassium Hydroxide and dilute it to your own preference. I measure whatever I feed with my TDS meter. The dilution isn't really that important so much as getting the ratio your plants want, dilute it less, use less. You can use soluble potash as well.

Snowstorm and Molasses aint the same thing.

And its a long way from a grow formula.

Snowstorm works.
They are not the same thing but both are sources of K.

Biobizz grow is watered down blackstrap molasses. I agree it is not a grow formula (1-0-6) but that is what they sell.

Snowstorm is not organic and it cost more than blackstrap molasses.

i would not buy the SS shit as you can make very Good foliar's at home i have been keeping up with this thread and i would have to say SS probably works, now is it the best? no not IMO at least. i make all organic hormone foliar treatments. basically like i told some one these are the basic ingreidents, humic/fulvic acid( a strong solution can be made from a compost tea out of (90%)peat moss then filtered and sterilized)now you have a few hormone choices that are best, seaweed extract(gibbrellins and cytokines), coconut milk(cytokines)and alphalpha(tricontzonal just grind into power or soak in water and filter) now that is where i can get complicated because different ratios and doses are going to cause different thing to happen. the i add some potash to be absorbed in with the hormones and potash does not increase frost it increases size of the bud and sturdiness of stems and branches. now the main thing about theses mixtures are they are immediately effective and should be immediately washed off. this SS stuff looks alrigh but i think it over rated but it works a little at least but my spray gets the same types of results i have seen thus far

you are misinformed. snowstorm is meant to be used combined with your regular fertilizer regimen and you can foliar if you want.

Have you ever used Snowstorm?

You were using the word "probably"....when speaking of its effects.

You ever done this?

Or know anybody who has?

I know for certain that Humboldt Own lineup doesn't work well for bud grown in super soil. I was given full size samples of Purple Maxx, Garavity and Bush Master from this one store. I tried it on a few plants at a time for a few cycles with varying combinations and measurements -foliar and non-foliar. It does work very well but....each time the harvested trichs seemed degraded and of poor quality -strain characteristics became really distorted in short. After all that company didn't guarantee quality so really nobody needs to bitch. After each harvest sometimes feel that I couldn't really give this stuff away to my most hated enemy. Well that's my 2 cents.

Those products contain growth horomones

Snowstorm doesn't.

They are COMPLETELY different.

It sounds like you overdid the products you did use.

You say you wouldn't give them to your worst enemies...but you used them for several cycles???????

I have some room here to satisfy my curiosities. And I have an open mind and gave it more than a few chances. So why not? btw I was given Snowstorm to try as well so that's four bottle that was given to me. I think the instructions were pretty clear to me so why how could I overdue it unless you're implying that I'm an inept fool? Besides what makes you think that hormones of any kind wouldn't affect strain characteristics? It did from my experience.

I'll tell what, try this on a jtr clone. The differences are most pronounced with this strain for me. Everytime I touch this batch or mix it with the untainted bud, it makes me very impatient and turns me into a worse asshole. And I'm already an asshole by default. But the untainted jtr -Jack the Ripper that is, is quite the opposite, it never failed me. My two cents.

Brother...you health is your concern.

But you aren't even supposed to foliar Gravity. There are no instructions for it on the label.

Please, for your own good...dont smoke weed you sprayed with Gravity. You will hurt yourself.

It is not intended to be used that way.

What about if you grow using 100% organic soil.. & Foliar feed w/ snowstorm? Will it make your plant.. non organic o_O

let me word this better... will it have any negative side effects on the Organic side of what's going on in the soil. since it is not hitting the soil.

Isn't the FDA or EPA looking into the Gravity and/or the Bushmaster?

I heard it was going to be pulled from the shelves.

Has anyone else heard anything about this? Is this true?

Gravity has been pulled off the shelves in Cali for like a year now. Bushmaster too, I think. Not Snowstorm though.

Snowstorm isnt a PGR.

Alar is the particular PGR in gravity. Its been banned in every country in the world for anything but ornamentals.

Yeah it works.

Shit, its growth horomone.

I emailed Steep Hill Labs, who tests for Harborside, and they do NOT test for it, nor do they have the capability to test for it at this time.

It may be a while before labs are testing for PGR's,who knows.
