HTL's 8th Grow: C99, Jilly Bean, White Widow, Red Diesel, Cole Train, The Church, etc

Last night the following were planted:

1 Agent Orange (TGA)
2 C-99
1 Chem 4 mix
1 Cole Train (Reserva Privada)
2 Jilly Bean (TGA)
1 Kali Mist (Serious Seeds)
1 Red Diesel (Barney's Farm)
1 Sleestack x Skunk (DNA)
1 The Church (Greenhouse)
1 White Widow (Greenhouse)

...in Bioterra soil with 2 T5's overhead (crisscrossed but not by choice, space issues). As usual BioCanna and BMO nutes will be used, and comments are welcome.

Huge thanks to AutoFems Rule!! for the seed donation. Can't wait to see what these girls do.

Everyone is up and working on the 2nd set of leaves, except Cole Train, it never sprouted. So now I've replaced it with a 2nd Agent Orange seed.

Fungus gnats are already invading, every day I have to spray with Bang! and squish the little shits.

Would some of those seeds happen to be from the attitude 4/20 special, haha? Just wondering it seems like a lot of the strains they gave out. I had two Cole Train freebie from two separate order and I tried to germ one of them about a month or so ago and it never cracked. Was thinking about giving the other one a try.

Some of them are indeed from various Attitude freebies and giveaways, they've really boosted by genetics selection, that's for sure. I'm bummed the Cole Train wouldn't crack.

Yeah bro I'd say I read about 10 threads of ppl trying their free Cole Trains and probably 9 out of 10 either didn't crack or died shortly after. Hopefully you have some better luck. I put my other one in a wet paper towel last night we'll see what happens...

I'm gonna pull up a chair if you don't mind. I still have a Barney's Red Diesel and GH White Widow. Can't wait to try them. Interested to see how yours turn out.

I haven't gone wrong with Greenhouse yet...good stuff.

Finally an update! So a few days ago one of my T5's goes out of nowhere...so I look at my mess of a grow closet with 2 X-crossed T5's and decide it's time for a cleaner upgrade. So I order a 125w CFL setup, it arrives today and after 3 seconds of being turned on, the bulb goes out, followed by a loud BANG! seconds later, then the bad smell, etc...just my luck. So I had to rush out and drop $65 on another bulb, and now have to return the blown one. Fuck.

But yeah, here's the new set up with my pathetic looking plants of all different sizes because I was having crazy issues with seedlings dying for some reason and had to keep replacing seeds...the white shit everywhere is Diatomaceous earth to combat shitty fungus gnats.

So far, so good with the new lighting...measurements: Agent Orange #1 - 7", AO #2 - 8", C-99 #1 - 3.5", C-99 #2 - 12.5", Chem 4 mix - 14", Jilly Bean #1 - 6", JB #2 - 4", Kali Mist - 8", Red Diesel - 9.75", Sleestack x Skunk - 14", The Church - 9", White Widow - 12.5".

Chem 4, Sleestaack x Skunk, and C-99 #2 are ready for the flowering tent, just need some soil.

Chem 4, Sleestaack x Skunk, and C-99 #2 were moved into the flowering tent on 8/5/10, White Widow joined them today at 15.5"...still waiting for the rest of the girls to get tall enough...and for room in the flowering tent.

Got the rest of the girls into the flowering tent yesterday, had to pull Agent Orange #2, it turned out to be a male.

Grow tent, C 99, and Chem 4 mix.

Had to remove 4 males, Sleestack x skunk, Jilly Bean #1, Agent Orange #2, and Kali Mist...this female/male ratio is killing me here. I haven't had one female Jilly Bean so far in the entire seed pack...not impressed with TGA right now. The remaining 8 are looking ok, still don't know if I'll find more males.
