HPS or CFL

looking on the cfl side, they seem much easier to use and much cheaper but say if i were to purchase a 150w cfl light would this be as good as the 150w hps or isit not as efficient ??? and i don't want to be having loads of light sockets and loads of small wattage bulbs allover my grow box.

i'm only looking to grow one plant at a time, is a 150w cfl as good as a 150w hps ? if not can someone show me where to purchase a 150w hps all kited out so i can easily plug it in with no problems

150w hps usually come with the ballast built in and all you have to do is put it up and plug it in...
