I'm in need of someone cheap (homemade-able would be nice haha). Where I could drastically change temps inside grow room... without use of A/c .. window... fans..

I don't want to have to pay 100+ for something like this.... well not yet...

Their arent too many other options for changing temp you kinda ruled them all out the only thing i can think of that mite help would be to freeze a bunch of gallon milk jugs full of water and pop them in your room and this gets annoying because your going to have to change them constantly at least once a day i'd say, mabe more depending on how hot it gets in there freezing 5 gallon buckets of water works too you have to change them less but it's going to get pretty humid it there unless you have a top on it
You should definetly have some kind of fan in your grow room though. if it's all sealed up and the air is just sitting in their your plants arent going to grow well try some computer fans their incredibly cheap if you cant find them for free and they'll fit in any size room and you can even power them with a 9v battery if you want

hope this helps -l3ordum

Give the plants cold water like 60 degrees. This will off set the hot temps and they will be able to handle it. I tried it and it works.

The room temperature remained the same but the plants ability to handle the temps increased. Before providing cold water they were wilting in the room when it was about 85 degrees. Now they look fine. Keep in mind I water them like three times a day because I'm using cana coco. So if your in soil it might not work as good. Also Co2 will increase the plants ability to handle high temps. Try it, it might help.
