Hey, new grower looking for advice on how to transplant my 3" net pots in bubblers during veg cycle, to bigger pots for bloom? Do i just plant the 3" net pot inside of the bigger pots with some additional hydroton, or try to take out the little plants from the smaller pots, and risk ripping some of the roots?:wall:

I know this is an old post but i wanted to give my method if anyone searches in the future.

I recently had a all my plants in 3.75 net pots and wanted to transplant them in my ebb and flow system.

All you have to do is cut the net pots with a pair of scissors.... just keep chopping till the roots are free. Only downside is you waste a 50cent pot. IMO small price to pay to keep plants alive.
