how to tie down your plants?

haha well i want to tie down my plants because they're getting really big and i want to avoid my neighbor seeing them. how do i do it properly without killing or damaging my plant?

Tie them down a little bit at a time making sure not to split the limbs. I use green twist ties to tie my plant down to the pot it is in. It is really very simple, check out these links:
