substitue your cannabutter for the oil, drop for drop.... if it calls for 1/2 cup oil, use 1/2 cup butter.

^this.^

but i find that cannabutter sometimes makes things stickier than regular oil/butter so i like to line the pan with wax paper instead of just greasing it.

I use butter in place of oil on my brownie mixes and if you spray with non stick, they pop right out... they taste better than ones made with oil as well..

another thing that comes to mind: if i make a cake and want the next to be stronger, what do i do being that i cant add to the butter anymore?

Consider making your own icing.... butter is an ingredient. You may want to consider cup cakes, as those are easier to dose than sliced cake. :)

IMHO (humbly of course) .... unrefined cold pressed coconut oil, from a FRESH supplier, will produce some of the best oil around, and its also 50% lactic acid (stuff in breast milk) so it's good for you. I would suggest since coconut oil is a different taste than most are used to, to only use 1/2 the amount called for. Also keep in mind the potency of the herb you are putting into the oil effects the outcome, and a little goes a long way... start off easy it sometimes takes an hour and a half to kick in...

EDIT : IF IT SAYS HYDROGENATED IT'S NOT SAFE! (ANY OIL)

I look for recipes that call for the most butter or oil. I'm not interested in reducing it. :)
