How to Start Legal Illinois "Cultivation Center?"

does anyone know what the requirements are for starting a cultivation center in illinois? i dont have a degree or any kind of schooling in
the field but i do have a love for growing all sorts of plants. i have been studying the growing process and techniques for 2
years now but havent tried growing a plant yet. i feel confident in myself because of all the research i have done. there have
also been a lot of complete newbies to the growing game do extremely well on this site. that gives me confidence too. will it be
enough if i have the money to start a cultivation center and the backing/references of a few "flower shop" owners?

Yep ....Theres only gonna be 1 per state police district your way late bro

Need to contact the state and have Lots and Lots of money and the "requirements" are very hard - for the average person to get and yes thrie are politics involved --Good Luck !! You know that 1,000 applications were submitted and only a few were OKed, why to much federal,state hoops to jump thru
