Stop making new threads for the same topic. What's wrong with your first thread?

LMAO, great response. This is an example of the younger generation that love to post, but absolutely hate, and refuse, to read. He's impatient for answers to his most basic of questions, but rather than read, he posts questions that have been answered hundreds of times. You can see his impatience in his use of multiple question marks. But he is not impatient enough to use the search function and actually read. Heaven forbid.

It's a perfect example of the whole TLDR (To Long, Didn't Read) generation. And surprisingly, he claims to have a friend that grows and is willing to give him clones of some pretty awesome genetics. Yet he asks if he should use those clones or buy seeds? It boggles the mind.

Similar to this, how many threads have you read where someone posts a question that was answered just a couple of posts up on the very same page? It's the same kind of people. No wonder I need high blood pressure meds. LOL Now turn that music down, and get off my lawn!

And yes, I am ranting. No offense intended. It's just what we old dudes do when we aren't reading. LOL

LMAO, great response. "I know I know" I am a newbie...

Glad you took it the right way, I'm having a bad day so have been medicating with some bourbon. It makes me a bit grouchy according to my kids. LOL And I'm really not ragging on you personally. I can see you are excited to get started and that's a good thing. I'd hate to dampen your enthusiasm. I've been out of the loop for a while, and I'm saving up to buy equipment to get back into the game and some low life ripped me off for over $500 today.....so, please excuse my grumpiness. I was saving that money for a grow tent and lights, and shouldn't have trusted the jerk that I did. That mistake will set me back another month or two.

As for seeds vs clones, I'm old, and I noticed that people don't think of clones vs seeds like we used to. I would ALWAYS choose clones over seeds. It's a known, vs an unknown. And clones are fully mature. I always found that bud grown from seed, even if I grew them fairly large, was always a little less potent than my second grow from a more mature clone. That kind of thinking seems to have fallen out of favor, but nonetheless, it has always been my experience that my second grow of a plant from clones was always more potent than the original from seed. YMMV

That's why I was so surprised when you listed the great options you had if you used clones from your friend. He's already grown them, picked out a keeper pheno of each, and I just couldn't see you passing on them to do a crapshoot of seeds instead. The genetics he offered you on your other thread were pretty nice, surely nothing to turn down if they were freely offered. But that's just my opinion, you may like the excitement of growing from seed and seeing if you get lucky and find an even better pheno. But with limited space, I'd always go with a proven clone.

That's a new one on me, never heard of cashmere. I can't remember the others that you said he offered you, but I do remember thinking they were some very good genetics. Good luck with your grow.

Best advice i can give is pay close attention to the cuttings you take , use clones with tight node groups of 6 or better & no side branching .

If your gonna do a sog no sense in wasting table space with lil shit nuggs , the single cola style seriously cuts down the risks of gettin PM from poor air flow around the plants , in sog's its easy to get pm or blight from vegetation crowding .
