How to start a grow against all odds?

Hey,
I have like a witch stopping me every time I start my garden the past few seasons. They will stop me from having time to water. Pretend to help have the beds dug and layed out and then not help. Actually remove and hide tools...

So, any suggestions as to starting seedling and getting them established while someone else is trying to stop me??

I don't have a greenhouse at all as long as they are screwing with things. I can start little pots in the direct sun and pray. They are currently trying to rip out the water line toward my front garden.

I don't know exactly why they are sabbotaging me. They may be trying to co-opt control of all weed by removing my ability to grow. I am thinking of getting about 25 fem seeds from Attitude and I don't want them to get killed!!!

Sounds like an odd situation, can't be a landlord or an old lady if they are ripping out water lines to your house which is vandalism.. Invest in a good security system, place atleast one in the wide open where the vandalism is happening and all around your house wherever you want.

Depending on how big of a town you live in, maybe you could recognize them if you caught them on video, or even the local sheriff?

For the most part, cops don't really do shit unless they have hard evidence and know where to find someone lol, but I would imagine since they're vandalizing, technically city property, since it has to do with water supply, they might take it more seriously.
