Hey all,

I have a empty gallon jug, yeast, sugar. Now what I need to know is how much of each I need to make co2?

I have read a couple of threads on the subject but not finding out the answer. Most call for larger amounts then I need.

Any help is appreciated. ++REP:leaf:

You need a specific gravity meter to tell excatly how much,
I use 4 cups of sugar in a gallon and it works for me, If you have a yeast pack little square guy its good for 5 gallons and 6 months.
Some people add a nutrient to make it faster.

Normal yeast from a grocery store wont last more than a day before it kills itself in alcohol. You have to get brewing yeast
