how to grow afghan kush ryders

I just bought 3 afghan kush ryder seeds. I was wanting to know the best way to grow these. I was thinking just in 2 gallon smart pots with ocean forest soil or trying a hempy grow. I will be using a T5 grow light or just CFLs in a small grow box. so any help or ideas would be great.
