How to get rid of them?

I have these bugs that look like potato leafhoppers I thought I got rid of them a week ago but new ones seem to find a way into my grow closet. I have read that I could use cinnamon oil to get rid of them. Is there any organic ways you have tried that worked for you. They also seem to have laced eggs so I need a way that will also work for eggs to.

This is not my picture found it on the internet and It looks just like the bugs I am dealing with.

Thx man i thought about using neen oil but could find a place that sells it, so I guess I am going to try the dish soap way.

NEEM OIL. You should buy it in concentrate not RTU.

keep 'em out with:
cucumber slices on tin foil creates noxious fumes most bugs can't stand (safe for humans)
and also a peppermint oil soaked paper towel in a small dish at the bottom of the room
