how to get mostly females from regular seeds

I was wondering is there a special way to grow marijuana from regular seed and get mostly females?

nope its purely genetic. There are however factors that can stress a female plant and cause her to hermie up. But whether its male or female is decided way before you laid your eyes on that seed.

Yes...

You grow alot of seeds. Then when the plants show sex you kill the males. You will have all females then.
