How they got busted !

Before considering undertaking a potentially legally questionable operation I first have done alot of research in the consequeses and reasons for flawed operations.

If you live in North America the legal system is actually quite a transperant process. You can review REAL Court Documents, and REAL Search Warrants of cases across the country to pinpoint the EXACT reasons and causes for people getting busted.

I am sure by using google and some other legal search engines you can find your own but here are some example I found in Canada.

It put a lot of questions to rest for me and actually provided me with specific metrics like "average AMP usage" average kWh usage and so on.

Instead of listing the reasons myself i will let you hear it straight from some of the sources.

This list can be greatly expanded ....but thats beyond the scope of this post.

1. R. v. Erickson, 2006 CanLII 25620 (ON S.C.)

I'm not sure reading these is going to be much of a help. It's common sense that growing cannabis smells a tad. You have to find ways around these obstacles yourself. Unless you're growing tonnes of the stuff you're only going to get caught if you don't use common sense.

The amps used thing comes only after you are caught. They catch you on something silly first, then the rest are from the subsequent investigation. It always works this way, no matter what criminal activity you are doing. Take it from me, I have a lot of experience with the police.

Yea, I have a video that says 80 percent of busts in canada are based on stealing hydro electricity...What do you read in the first sentence of the first paragraph?...Theft of hydro...the other 20% is some snitch or someone smelling the plant tells on you...

If you are going to attempt a VERY large grow I gotta believe you have a better chance in the great outdoors....Some indoor growers just get too greedy and try to grow more than they can keep discreet...

You can grow big indoors, you just need to go industrial. Rent a lock-up in an industrial park. This should be the aim of all profiteering indoor growers.

there you go.

keep information to yourself, only trust people who you -know- would go down with the ship.

I think you could grow indoors on a reasonably large scale without getting caught, from what ive looked into about getting caught and all the cases people have got caught and i think in 100% of all cases the major difference between being busted and not is, does it seem like your growing drugs to the outside world, if you can hide that then its job done, if no one outside of your grow area knows about it and you take appropriate precautions then it seems like it would be incredibly difficult to get caught, they have to have just cause to start investigating you, so if you pay all your bills keep the place looking nice and uphold a good image to whoever lives or works around your grow would think someone lives there/works there and theres no smell every coming from it and the heat has been dealth with properly too.

If i could ever smell anything in my grow room, i'd get myself something extra to deal with that smell, even if it took 3 carbon scrubbers 6 ozone generators ionizers and ona gel i would do that.

The viets in england are constantly getting caught the reason, they are prepared to come in and pay for lights equipment and stuff like that, but when it comes to the people they put in there to grow it, they are obviously worth far less than the cost for the appropriate measures not to get caught.

Yeah, they could care less. Still, what about all the equipment, and the large amounts of cannabis they are losing. Surely it would be worth taking approprate measures even if the people they get to grow it are expendible.

They probably believe they are going to get busted anyway at some point, so why lose more money when they get busted, the setup the use would probably be bottom end stuff and very little kit anyway, the only bit they do prob spend on a sand blaster to weigh down the gear

It's not sand they're using, that's the Dutch. The Viet's are using the glass particles found in yellow road paint. This is ultra-lethal. If you come across it do not smoke it, you are risking serious damage to your health.

God damn me, I did 9 months in state jail...It wasn't no walk in the park, but yea, a bird is someone who's got nothing better to do than to just sit on his bed with a cage around him...

I found prison exactly that... literally a walk in the park. I think it gets harder the more sentences you do. My last sentence was very short, but it almost killed me with boredom. You now get a tv in your cell, slowly being tortured with daytime tv must surely be against human rights.

Where you from San'? That sounds mad, saying it like that. It's like a cockney saying son. Just tell me the country, as I'm interested in what prisons are like in other countries.

Never done hard time Here in the states, but with all the gangs and shit, I hardly think it a walk in the park. I think it's more like trying to stay alive. I've had a few buddies that went up state, and they said it was like a living hell. You never knew if someone was going to go off and stick a shank in your eye or burn your ass up with the famous hair tonic and toilet paper rolls. My mom worked in Az. state prison as a nurse and she couldn't even talk about all the horrors she'd seen, certainly not a pleasant experience by far! she did tell me of one hair tonic fire bombed individual, she had to pronounce him dead. She said he was just a pile of burnt up goo. I think burning alive must be one of the most painful ways to go.

Prison is a little like that here too. Although male rapes are all but unheard of, we don't tolerate that shit over here. I'm not on about the screws and government but the inmates themselves.

I think the trouble with your country is that often the penalties are far harsher than over here. Also you Americans seem to accept that this is normal behaviour.

Through my prison experiences I have met many people of different nationalities, even a couple of Americans. Every person that i have spoke to says that jail over here is a piece of piss. It's true, prison is easier here. So I suppose my question is why do American men like each others asses so much?
