How Tall should Corn can Be?

how tall should corn be before i put my plants in the fields,its about a foot now maybe

waist to chest high by then the farmer should be done

as high as a clergymen's eye on the fourth of july....

The corn here is knee high and gaining everyday ill be planting mine next week and he sprayed for weeds last week so i woukd wait til knee high than he should be done spraying.
