a freind was kind enough, to give me anohter cutting of my old jack herer back. i, for some reason, forgot, that he had a never ending battle with mites going on. lol. well, lucky for me, i hope, is that i put that plant outside directly, next to two auroras i have in the ground. this was a few days ago. anyway., today., i plave the pot, on i eye level . and use my loupe, to look under the leaves.my first exp with mites. lil eggs. lil spiders. not moving. dead, from his spray? so i destroyed the plant. i watered and foliard it with bleach water. .lol./ then......i looked at my two ourdoor girls, and i see eggs. . wonderull. so im thinking. - the mites will go away. i did mix up some pyrithiums, and spray under and over. what scares me, is last night, i was outside. i did not touch the disesed one. but later i went into my indoor room. i have never had bugs. other than a couple sow bugs (potatoe bugs) no harm,,,,,and gnats. i dont think bugs like my enviroment. so. should i be paranoid? i put spectacide on the lawn a month or two ago. and, i use home defince around the perimeter. chimicals have allways been my savior. organics, my judas. any thoughts on this close call? the plant was never inside. i think the outdoor ones will not allow the mites to do shit. i think the mites wont survive. ideas? dont worry. even tho i dont get my messages in here any more, i do get em sent to my email. sweet. thanks. what a day.
