after the roots are abundant.

yea wait for the roots to develope good till you take em out. a few days after u see roots, take em out of the dome a few times a day for a few hours. this will encourage root growth. and feed with normal water once you take em from the dome untill you see signs of yellowing/defficiencies. then feed at 1/4th strength just to be safe. but the clones are fully mature plants, with a normal metabolism, you will feed them normaly after they adjust and start growing good.
