How soon can I flower after taking clones?

I just took my first set of clones that I expect to veg to completion (already cloned in plain water to sex plants). My question is this:
Would it be ok to flip the girls into flower now? or should I wait a week or so to reduce stress? They are already at 60 days of veg and would really like to get the ball rolling, but not at the expense of risking my plants. Any help is truely appreciated.

I usually wait a week but thats because i take clones at week 3 or 4.

With 60 days of veg under her belt shes probably good and ready to flower.

Yeah, I was thinking of waiting a week too. Maybe I'll just give them a few days to recover. Has anyone taken cuttings and flipped to flower in the same day? Did it cause complications?

I'm referring to flowering the mother plant, not the clones. Unless that's what you're referring to, but it seems you mean the clones.

He's saying "don't count your chickens before they hatch"
When your clones get roots, put the mother in flower.
There's no guessing them. You know what you have.

Exactly ^ once you're sure you have some stable vegging clones then you can flower the mom and not have to worry.
