How much water?

I can never seem to get any answer out of this question.
Does anyone else grow in coco that can give me an idea of how much water they give per plant in flower? Last run I was doing about 30 gallons for 15 plants every week. I wasn't getting a lot of run off though which built up nutes.

I'm 1 week in right now. When I give them about 1000ml of water I get run off but then it takes a week for the coco to dry out. Feeding them once a week doesn't seem right.

I lift them to see, but waiting till they're bone dry probably isn't good either?

It's different for every room, and every single environment. Best advice is, let the plants tell you.

Cannabis will curl downward in toward the stem with the tips of the leaves if they are overwatered, and will sag like death if they are underwatered.

Personally, I like to see ~5% of runoff no matter what medium I'm using, and if the plants don't complain, I water when they tell me to. This way, you'll find your own routine. There is no set measurement as all of our setups/environments are different.

Eventually, you'll get into a bit of a habit, and can adjust as the plants grow. Personally, especially in soil-less mediums, I like to give them a bit of stress from time-to-time particularly with a day extra of underwater, that way they are accustomed to it in the event I need to fly on business for a few days suddenly.

Sorry if this doesn't help, but honestly, there isn't one simple answer. You just have to feel the plants out. Eventually you'll be able to tell at a quick glance.

I need to get back into the groove. It's only my second grow. Does hydrogen peroxide really help with oxygenating water and thus making it harder to over water?
