how much water do you feed my plants???

i was just wondering how much water some of you other home growers out there give your plants at each watering? i have two plants in my small closet under a 400 W hps light. they are 2 weeks into flower and i feed them half a litre of water each with added nutrients every 2 to 3 days. they seem to like it??:roll::joint:

Go with what your girls like. They will tell ya when they don't like something (just like real ones,LOL)... Personally I use nutes every water and flush about every 2wks. I would take the nutes you give it and divide over the times you are watering now.. That way you are still giving them the amount they are used to they are just not waiting for food every 3 days or 2.... Just a suggestion though... Thats just what works for my girls....

What about the types of nutes, each watering food yes? But each time a different mixture?

The frequency and amount of watering is highly variable based on medium, temperature, humidity, plant size, etc...

It is a good idea to water thoroughly and less often. That means getting the entire medium wet (I am assuming soil). Then wait until it drys out completely, not just at the surface. Stick your finger a couple inches down and water once you don't feel any moisture.

What this does is force the plant to expand its roots when it runs out of water and goes looking for it, creating a stronger plant. Giving small amounts of water freguently encourages minimal root development because they don't need to find water, and can even promote root rot in extreme cases.
