How much time before harvest

I have a good idea when to harvest my girls, but I want your opinions. Its getting close to the first hard frost where im at. I can cover for a bit but three weeks is really pushing it.

Acually dip shit 30,240 minutes is 3 weeks so maybe if you would have ever learned anything in school you would know that..
