i started noticing some clawing on inner leaves yesterday so i lowered to 1kppm in hopes the flowers will push and fill out before their final flush.

im not quite sure whats going on with these plants. the top colas are currently smaller than the lower colas. but look at them i am expecting / hoping they will fill out in the aeras i am thinking they will.

week 6 coming to a close friday for me. thinking this may be a 9 weeker. the site i got the genes from says 53 days but ive never had these finish that quick.

have you ever seen that on sites ? It will say days to finish but its really longer or shorter? I worry asf sometimes
Oh God yes all the time. They are using probably the best lights and equipment money can buy and they use the absolute earliest it can be smoked and felt. I am learning that the breeder times are not accurate due to different growing conditions...and each plant is different even if same strain. I say if they claim 7 to 9 weeks harvest then the later number is the earliest to harvest. Who wants to smoke clear trichs!?? Not me!!

I'm also noticing that the weight gained between weeks 6 and 10 is massive.....and that those last days or week is the most important

And don't worry!!! Forget what they say on the site. Get a 30 or 60x jeweler loupe off amazon for $5 and the look at your trichs. Clear means speedy paranoia and sweat. Milky means full thc mode and energetic head buzz get things done and feel good and Amber is couch lock sleep. I'm wanting half milky half Amber ; )

Thanks you too!! I do a lot of reading hence the high ass phone bills but it has paid off. I just checked the ak and still just milky and clear on the buds. Purple and Amber on the sugar leaves which are turning purple too...ok gonna flush her tommorrow and then let her dry out completely and see what she does...she should make it to about week 10 or 11 bookoo weight hopefully and 30% Amber at least man!!!

You can run indoor grows up to mid June in the eastern US. It takes a while for the bugs to establish themselves and their colonies in the spring. Late May into June the biggest concern will probably be heat. The thought of working my AC harder to cool a grow doesn't appeal to me. Personally I harvest all my winter stragglers by the 3rd week of May. Plenty of cool weather March through late April with warm days mixed in here and there. Hope this helps in case you have to deal with some slow pokes or you want to get a quickie in before June.

Yep! Sticking one in the tent in January...I let it veg about a week or two in the cab, then I'll be done for the summer and will have 3 plants. I just couldn't handle the mg soil making my leaves ruined so I dried it out and took out what I could by hand and then my Bf grabbed it by the trunk and we pulled it out and shook what we could of the mg out and replaced with good ol no nutes added potting soil. She is alive and she is happy. Praise the Lawd!image.jpeg

Oh and we did our last flush on the ak. She will dry out now and then it's time to snip snip....I love how the purple looks...but do the leaves turn purple or yellow or both die to leeching or cold in the tent? I want to just hold them in my hands Bc I know they will shrink. I've never grown anything so dense and beautiful I feel so proud. I never ever thought I could ever do it!!!

LOL and you sound like you been patient too. Next time you could try sea of green, scrog or low stress training to maximize the power and penetration of your lights. Now that you have a succesful grow under your belt.

My last grow I was so impatient and out of smoke and it was micro so I chopped at like 7 and half weeks. Bunk. Pretty, but bunk. I didn't realize that hairs aren't what u want and trichs should be how u want them on the calyxes. And frankly all I want is calyxes. I'm going to wait as long as I have to so I can get it how I want it. And I want my friends to be like omg where did u get this and I'll say oh Amsterdam lol (Bc they came from Netherlands lol) but yeah I am using your advice otherwise I might had cut it already!!

Ok today miss Ak47 turned 9'weeks. She has been in flower for a full 56 days...the leaves are turning yellow, trichs on calyxes still milky and clear. Looks like a 10 wheeker.....the widow survived the transplant and is doing good. Nice side branching with lots of budlets. Here are a couple of pics I'll add more tonight after lights out...image.jpegimage.jpeg
