My goal is to achieve over 1000 ppfd over almost the entire tent. I am placing my boards in an orientation like this

Of course I am bringing the atmosphere up to 1500 ppm CO2

Great light. I have one in my flower room. It's in the flower room, because I couldn't run it in my 5x5 at anything more than 50% power (225w) without bleaching the foliage. I considered it a waste of hardware and relocated it to my flower room where it can safely blast full grown flowering plants without issue. This is the reason why I purchased two 110w quantum boards (220w) for one of my 5x5 nurseries when I was shopping for a light to replace the SF-4000 I had to remove. Works fantastic, and doesn't bleach the foliage. You could make the SF-4000 work, but you'd have to reduce power to 50% through veg. Increase output in flower. That's my story and I'm sticking to it ;)

Yeah right now I have the one 4000 light at 50% power, and 3 feet above the canopy for my 20 day old plants. It still feels like too much hahah (this pic was when I first put the plants in, I quickly raised the light much farther than this.)

But I have the 3 sf1000 on the side, ready to rock and roll once my girls get flipped.

Love the plumbing work. Water to waste with an air stone? Nice and clean setup sir.
You are correct. It's too much. Seedlings don't need much intensity. If you see foliage bleaching raise the light. See where my 110w boards are mounted? All the way at the top. These aren't florescent fixtures. They don't need to be right on top of the plants :)

Thank you! Actually not water to waste, but RDWC undercurrent system. I love it so much haha got a built in pump for easy water change outs, float valves for auto refill, PH doser to monitor and control 24/7
Water and feeding almost feels autonomous now
