How many of you think that drinking almost every day(3-4days a week) after you finished your work/duties is bad.

I often find myself rewarding myself with drinks after work/house work.

You know like 2 or 6 or maybe 10 beers:shock:

12 beers a night does the trick for me.

before anyone calls me an alcoholic, let me just say that "alcoholic" is a meaningless word. i could be labeled as having a substance dependency issue with alcohol if i met one or two more criteria, but i don't.

I right there with you Ryan. I have 2-3 beers almost every night before bed. Sometimes I change it up with a glass of wine. I do it basically to help fall asleep though. Back problems you know! lol

A twelve-pack of beer lasts me a month.
I used to drink wine daily. However, drinking wine alone is just not the same. I do like to drink wine on those rare social occasions.

Yeah I do the same thing and I often find myself getting out pf control with my drinking. I've been a daily drinker for over 1/3 of my life and have only recently found the error of my ways. Not at all saying that alcohol is the devil but some of us handle it differently. I'm doing my best right now to rid alcohol from my daily routine. And it isn't at all easy. I don't wanna start a rant but drinking can ruin shit if you can't handle it right.
