How much can my patient take home?

I harvested my patients meds and he donated nutrients, some smart pots and a few bucks. How much can he take home? His Dr Rec says nothing about his medicinal needs. I want him to have a full unit but don't want him to go over the "8 oz" in his car but he does not care at all. Can his Dr "Bump" his rec up?

Up to you then.. How much does your patient really need to get by? 1 or 2 oz a month? I'm sure I would be plenty satisfied with that amount.

If you are in California anything over an OZ in the car will get him a nasty ticket. They will write it and make him fight it regardless of his medical status. I would say 1 oz per trip to be safe.

Believe it or not, the two of you formed a partnership. That is something that should have been established when you first got together. How much could he have taken if it was all his? How much would YOU have taken if he did the growing? Will he leave the partnership if.... Keep accurate records on costs (including the labor costs) and give to him accordingly. If he donated half the money and labor, then he should receive half the product. A good cost accountant can tell you exactly how much it cost to grow the crop...but that is an additional cost.
