i have a 5 ft tall 2x2 squared tent and right now i got a 80w=400w daylight cfl in there right now, i have it about 2inches above the plant and i am not sure if i need more light in there.. i also have a 70w=300w soft white cfl. right now i am curently 4 weeks into veg so i am not sure if i should put it into my tent because it is not the right kind of spectrum for veg. here is a pic of my plant. let me know what you guys think about my plant, the size for how old, how it is looking, tomorrow i will be LST her....... bad idea?

I think you need more light, the plant looks healthy but "skinny". With 70watts, if those are actual watts will give you like 4grams for the plant... I would try and get about 200watts in there, or a HID lamp if possible.

i currently have 80w in the tent, do you think i should throw my other 70w light in there even though its not the right spectrum for veg. i know having 150w in there is better but i dont know if it is going effect my plant instead of help it out because of the spectrum problem.

i'd put at least 200 actual watts in there. put as much light as you can in there until you can't keep it cool
would it be more important to get that many watts in there right now or could i do it over time? should i have that many in there by time of flowering?

not to nit-pick at your grow but are you sure the light is 2 inches above cuz she looks a bit stretched...you'll notice a response that much quicker if you up the lumens in there. even if you get just 1 or 2 23-26 watters in there just the few thousand more lumens will get you rapid growth pending you watch the soils moisture...all in all she's looking good and healthy just hungry for a little more light is all. good grow i'll poke in to watch the developement :)
