How many samsung light strips do I need to veg this?

veg space is 45" x 20"
I plan to make a DWC out of a 27 gallon tote & grow one plant big as possible. Will have two of these totes on rotation between a veg closet and a bloom tent. Right now I have a 4x T5 fixture for the veg space & would like to replace that with a DIY samsung strip fixture that will hopefully be more powerful/ grow em faster.
What kind of rig would you reccomend?

Four of the double row 44" strips would *just* fit in there, running at 50W per strip, will give you some serious veg growth.
