You're seriously saying you don't understand how to use a egment timer or have the ability to google "using a segment timer"?

You only need a timer for lights unless using water pumps, so 1 timer is all you need, everything else can happily stay on 24/7 unless say for noise reasons you need fans to be turned off so the girl in the bed doesn't ask what the humming is :D

but for growing purposes only everything can stay 24/7 accept my lights obviously ? or wold it do any better to have maybe the small fan off when they are dark ?

General opinion seems to be that fans on 24/7 is best. So yeah, everything but lights can just be plugged straight into the wall socket.

If you wanted say, your oscillating fan on the timer as well, plug a power strip into the timer.

yeah i have a 6 plug strip thing but can i just plug my timer into the strip so it's only the light that will be on the timer ?
then just plug my other stuff into the strip ?
because if i make the whole power strip on a timer then my fan and filter will be on timer unless that doesn't matter ?
i suppose it would save electric
