I just realized that a caregiver can caregive for 4 patients. Does anyone know where I can find information about how many patients a grower can grow for? Also, does anyone know how many registered growers there can be at an address? If Im a patient and growing for 5 patients can there be another 5 patient grow in the same house?

i know a 1 grower can have 4 patients, and that 4 growers can be in a house hold, and if their is another house on the property theri can be another 4 growers in the other house. i only know this as my grower does so, i asked the thcf if this was legal and they said yes as long as plant count is within state and fed laws

What source did you get this information from??? I haven't seen anything that has limited the cards per house. I called the ommp department and they stated if I was a grower with 4 cards and had a grower friend who had 4 cards, we would be able to grow for our 8 patients at one location. So let me know who you got your info from so I'll know that ommp office person was incorrect

From my understanding, you can have as many growers (with 4 cards including theirs, total) in a house as you want. I think there are some separation rules for it, but you can do it. Most people keep it to a limit of 4 growers per house, each with 4 cards. That will make it so you can grow 96 plants, which is just under the 99 plants that you start getting into massive trouble with the feds. If you are going to run this way, I would not suggest going over 99 plants.
I would not want 16 patients and growers knowing where I lived and grew. That just increases the chance that you will get ripped off.

Possible to link me to your source of information on the subject? I understand ghat a grower can be responsible for 4 patients. But that's the grower themself. It doesn't state anything about the entire households. What if you have 4 growers living in one house? Can they each only be responsible for one patient or can they each have 4 patients? That would be a total of 16 patients. All you would have to do then is stay under 99 plants correct?

You can have 4 growers at each site and each grower can have 6 peeps so that is 96 plants....all we did to get around this was GPS 10 lots on our land...So that each greenhouse is on a differnt address.

You can have 4 growers. Each grower can have up to 24 plants (6 per patient, 4 patients total per grower). 4 X 24 equals 96 plants. Guys, if you are going to give advice, please get your math right! If you typed this, chances are you have a calculator on your computer or phone, use it.

he had 4 cards (24 mature plants) he had one more grower in his house with another 4 cards ( another24 mature plants plus 24 = 4
then on the same property in a different house he had 2 more growers doing the same thing so another 48+48=96 mature plants, thats under fed law and still legal to do, he did all 96, now i would never in my life do this many or recommend this at all, but it is legal to do so

If it wasn't for people growing and smoking regardless of the law, things wouldn't be as laxed as they are now. The government didn't wake up one day and decide to make marijuana a medicinal thing just because. They did it because folks were saying fuck the law. Most things in life wouldn't evolve if it werent for the force which makes them do so.

cannabis users are an easy political target, law abiding or not.
mygirls just has a hard on for no good reason, especially considering we know he sells or has sold.

And kudos to Uncle Buck for reminding everyone that mygirls cries about dispensaries all the time, but sold to them, and wanted to open one.
People like me, Uncle Buck, and YES, even mygirls.......We have the ability to be legal because of those before us.....they paved the way. Just as we shall pave the way for the next generation of marijuana users....medical or not. We are not hurting anyone, and it is time the government, and the ignorant, realize that.
