Hi,
I just got a 35 gallon container and I was wondering how many net pots could I fit on it and which size should I use? I bought 8 5" and 8 3.75" The containers dimensions are 32"x19.5" but the area there is to put the netpots is only 26"x13.5"

Thanks in advance. :leaf:.

I think his question is how many net pots can he use to produce healthy plants and yield, not how many will fit in the lid...

i use 5in square pots with a tray area of 24x36 with a 25gal rez and depending on how i grow fimming or topping or lollipopping or even just letting them go. for large plants i do 5 but for lollipopping i do 14 with topped plants 7 maybe 8 depending on veg time its really subjective to what you are trying to do whether from seed clone how big you want them method of growing lots of variables

ok so my tote is 35 gallons so i figured itd probably only be filled to 30 gallons. i decided i wanted to go with 5" net pots my only question is should i use 6 or 8? will there be that much difference in plant size and health. If I filled it to 30 gallons and used 6 plants each plant would have 5 gallons. But if I did 8 plants each plant would have 3.75 gallons. Suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.

I run 20 in a tub with about 5 gal of water and I yield about 1/4 oz. per plant, so its hard to say, for me at least, and I run 4 tubs 1 every two weeks
