If your going to DIY a single CREE 3070 LED driven at 50% would be enough to get enough to be worth your time per plant.
Other wise if your looking at prebuilt, your going to want to go with something like 180W from a reputable brand.
Or if a unknown or chinese brand more like a 400W since they drive there LEDs a lot softer.
The biggest thing with LEDs is there advertised wattage is normally a lot more then there real wattage since they never drive them at 100% power since heat and life of the LEDs would be a problem then.
Not just any old LED will grow a plant with and not all LEDs are equal.
Also other things to be aware with LEDs is youll need to supplement CAL-MAG at some stage since the different light spectrum causes them to need more of this then regular lights and out doors.
but IMO unless your 100% sure its going to be a female plant its not worth wasting your time with a single seed.
All this stuff can be answered with google search or reading a lot of posts on here. So search around for your info and dont expect people to just hand it to you since they are more likely to troll you.
