how many fans for my grow tent?

this has probably been asked a million times, but im too exhausted mentally and physically to care.

this is for circulation fans inside the tent. intake/exhaust is taken care of.

i currently use 2 X 6" fans in my 5X5 tent and know i need more. the 2 will go back in the 2X4 where they belong. i have large 2 or 3 X 18" wall mount fans that cannot be mounted to the posts. they actually can, but i dont want to deal with fabrication.

so what are the best post mount fans?

how many are good for a 5X5?

if i stick to 6" would 8 be enough?

are there better bigger options?

ur tent is 5ft x5ft. . I think I'd u place a fan aimed between plants and light then one at the top on the opposite side they should do u only want them to move air and give plants movement. u don't need a gail force wind in there

I only run two fans.. one above the lights(6") and an oscillating fan on the floor(8").. You just need to keep the air moving...

In a 10x10 room, they say I have had 8" pass thru exhaust, 6" fresh air intake, HEPA ionic air cleaners, 18" floor fans, humi's.

I always used 2 6" hurricane clip fans for in between the lamp and canopy in my 4x4 tent.

Have a converted bedroom for flowering now and the 3 year old clip fans are all still working fine.

I eventually removed the plastic grate as the dust builds up too much on them. No problem since and the plastic blades can't hurt you.
