unless you ship china Post, DHL shipping, etc will end up costing as much as I paid anyway. And I won't let DHL pay me to ship my stuff! worst damn delivery company in the world. They've fucked up EVERY delivery I've ever had the misfortune of having thru them!

I'll pay the extra and get good delivery and a product that I can be reasonably sure is not counterfeit also!

It makes me laugh how people here bash Chinese growlights then turn around and trust buying parts from them!
Where are you located?

Yeah digikey has $3 shipping in us. Don't know where you found the 2530s for 9.50, but the Vero 18s are a ~10.50 and cheap shipping. I grabbed some 93 cri 2530s from cutter for the spectrum, but the shipping was killer.

I'll wait while you retrieve another stocked source of most of these parts for the same prices. I understand the concern of counterfeit as well. I'm actually hesitant on those for that reason (too good to be true, but at a 5 minimum, maybe?) I don't know, is there a market for knockoff meanwell drivers? And I still believe most of the other suppliers are getting them from very similar sources. It's just where the manufacturing base is these days. They knock the pre-built panels because they use sub-par parts in relation to what is available on the market to do in a DIY build.
