How many CFL's for one plant??? HELP PLEASE

Hey there. So i have a few questions....

i just got done germinating some seeds and need to know what CFL light bulbs to buy and how many should i buy for only one plant...?

the plant will be in a 4ft x 6ft room.
i also need to know if there is anything that needs to be done to the room before i start growing....?

and how far away from the plant should the lights be?

lights should be 3-4" away from tops of plants. also, for one plant i wouldnt go with less than 8...

yo depends on the kinda cfl if its like the high watts (100+) then id say like 3 or more
but if its the little household types (43 or less) then id say 6 or more (more bulbs the lower the wattage)
of course since you have such a large space why not get a MH or HPS setup it'd be much much better for your plant and the 150 watt setups are like dirt cheap but work well for one plant

alrighttyy.and what CFL light bulbs would i need to buy? and is there anything i need to do to the room? like ive heard line the walls with tin foil.... or white paper....so im not suree....

this is our first time growing by the wayy. so i need all the help i can get.

well since im a noob you should reply with a link to those setups that are dirt cheap. could i buy it at a regular store by me?
