I have 660watts of CFL lighting for my four plants. They're 3 weeks into flowering, is this enough watts?

Thanks
it is enough watts....... but... is it enough as near natural sunlight as can be achieved? well........no...
cfl will never, and i mean never be as good as hid, i mean a kettle is 2000 watts but you would not put your plants under that would you,
i use dual spectrum 600w hps, ideal for 6-8 plants, for veg and flowering.
small fast plants are better than huge plants that take forever.
i grow my seeds/clones under cfl at 20/24 hours, after two weeks slow growing then i put them under the hps for 1 week at 18/24 hours at a height of 5 feet gradually lowering the light over seven days to 2 feet then a fast switch to 12/12 on the seventh day, and thats them flowering after three weeks,
although the plants flowering trigger will take up to a week to start, so feed them veg feed through this period and then a fast 8 week flowering grow.

You calculate actual wattage. So with 6 23w and 1 13w you only have 151 actual watts. Not nearly enough for 4 plants.

you can get a 600 watt mh/hps for 170 on amazon... cheap and does the trick till you can upgrade. You will have spent almost that on CFLs... just my 2 cents tho good luck!!!

600 or 1000 hps magnetic ballast $200
Hortillux bulb $100-120
its your first grow so might as well just get the hang of it with your cfls. just letting you know when you decide to get serious its not all that expensive.
enjoy and good luck

edit: sun is free tho...
