how long does it take to get hard card

Yes, they did. I don't know the exact wording, and Belle had to take my father to the VA hospital. She isn't here right now.
I'll find out exactly though and let you know. The mmmcc center told here (I think) that the majority of their patients were
denied since the new law took effect, but they have it all worked out. (after she drives all the way back down there.)

I'll bet its due to the "bona fide doctor-physician relationship". My doctor was really picky about having me come in prior to my actual renewal appointment to examine me and see how my condition is to have more current records on hand.

I know it was along those lines. We figured she was good to go cuz she's had the same doctor there for - I think, four years now. Atleast.

Glad please let us know when you find out what the wording of the denial letter was. There is no way they could tell either way if she had a bona fide dr/pt visit simply by looking at the app.... So it would be very interesting to see what it was they said was actually wrong with the app.

Yeah, this is my forth renewal with this doctor and he says he needs to see me every six months for a check up to monitor my condition He even showed me new paper work they have now, but i didn't really read it...

She said that the denial letter stated that her recommendation was not signed by a certified DO
or some shit like that. She was all like wtf, and called there. They gave some half assed explanation
and said she had to come back to office. Not to worry, her money was cashed and she's all legal, but
she needs to come back in.

I told her she needs to get on riu when she gets home, she said ok. lol

The letter states....Your renewal application has been DENIED for the following reason:

1. The physician certification was not signed by a medical doctor(MD) or doctor of osteopathic medicine and surgery (DO) fully licensed by the state of Michigan.
An MD or DO must complete a new certification to submit with your reapplication. An altered copy will be denied.

I have went to this certification center since marijuana became legal here. It was one of the first certification centers in Michigan. From what they told me at the center they have had many rejections. She said the doctor is certified and I have to come in to see him now. The state did not send back my fee to them with the denial so in my eyes I am legal its there technicality I did what I thought I needed to do and now I am jumping through their hoops!!!!

Ok sounds like it might be a clerical error on the states part or the clinic is not up on that dr's paperwork. They keep your money and you follow the instructions on their letter (jump through their hoops). Yea sounds like a messed up situation all around with an easy fix. Would be interested to know if it was the states error.

Thats total bullshit! Its not like they're right around the corner from you and you can just stop in tomorrow on your way to town. Thats what, a 6-7 hour drive for you? I'd give them an ear full at least and ask them for your money back at the very least if their fuck up cost you an entire day of your life, not to mention gas money, ect...

They need to make things right!

Yeah fastest ive seen was mine, I got it in 20 days from mail date, not from cashed check date. slowest is a friend that sent in his paper work 1 day after me which was the 13 of march I think ... still doesnt have his. The thing is... your legal the from the second the doctor signs your recommendation... but if you get stopped you will go to jail you can just win the case in court.

I swear if you "gently" remind lara a few times its faster...

Belle's has been out atleast 5 weeks. I swear lansing hates the UP. I sent mine out last week. I have the return bullshit from them already.
Sent in my renewal April 30th. If I didn't have a record I swear I'd tell the state to suck my cock.
How can anyone argue that they are not a group of incompetent fucks. How many years have they sucked at this now?

Belle sent hers in on March 23rd, w/1 denial. Still waiting on her card. There's no excuse.
Every year the money order is cashed in record time though.

Called there today. They wouldn't give me info without giving up my soc number.
She said they only have 21 days to deny you, so anyone that hasn't heard anything after 21 days IS approved.
Then it takes 3-8 weeks to process right now. I'm just over 6 weeks now.
Very rude woman, appeared extremely annoyed that I called when it's been over 6 weeks.
