How long does it take for crying out loud?

How long does it take for one of the more experienced growers on this site to respond to a Newbie's problem with leaf discoloration in the 6th week of flower? I can't give an answer, and I'm surprised somebody with more experience hasn't weighed in. It's pathetic, look at the collective rating of respondents to the thread. I thought this was the premier site for learning and growing marijuana.

I thing you should be focusing on your nitrogen abundance problem, slight leaf coloration isnt out of the ordinary late in flower. But you really cant tell that the dark blue green tint of your plant and leaves curling down is abnornal?.

Perhaps because it was not posted as a problem in its own thread (apart from the grow thread)? Some of us (though I am not that experienced) don't have the time to scan everyone's grow threads to make sure they are doing well every step of the way.

Not my grow.

I thought nitrogen too, but the grower reports in the thread that all nutes were stopped a week ago, and the plants were flushed. You can see in the thread as well that the discoloration started after the flushing.

I do have a couple of questions. First what prompted the grower to flush and withhold nutrients for a week in the 6th week of flower? I don't do that. I feed nutrients right up to the point of seeing some leaf effect, then quickly back down in ppm.

I'm beginning to suspect nitrogen toxicity as you.

I would suggest
1. to not have such a crappy attitude about it, wow , way to sound like a real a-hole.
2. not everyone takes the time to check peoples grow threads in and out, the OP of that thread shouldve made another thread in marijuana plant problems.
3. people have lives, they dont always just wanna sit here and answer EVERYONES questions and the people who do probably missed it.

I would check your attitude you'll make no friends and no one will want to help OP because of the way you're speaking to us

i hate to tell you, there aren't that many pros on this site (don't believe me, just look around), so try not to get upset if no one answer your question as quick as you'd like.

I think of us as hobbists.. We are here to try and help if possible. Not a plant ER chat service. We can't read em all. ;-)

First of all i apologize by the hostilities caused by this thread, i was simply just trying to find whats wrong with my plants. Im on my first grow so i still dont really know wtf im doing to a certain extent. The reason i flushed the plants was because the discoloration is actually the leaves browning and dying and i got worried that i wasnt going to make it to harvest so i have only flushed one just so i can have a side by side comparison to see if its helping or not. I suspected nitrogen tox as well so i figured flushing would greatly help that problem but please correct me if im wrong! thanks again

Is this an issue that is raised in that thread?

Or are you problematising?

The thread title including the term 'for crying out loud' suggests a real issue, then you get in here and it sounds like a non issue being made into one by you. I must admit to finding this bizarre - as if you want confrontation.

Well done on feeding nutrients right up to seeing some leaf effect. Your tone in this thread makes it look (to me at least) like you are so strong in your belief of the correctness of that method that you have attacked a new grower in the guise of helping them to highlight how right you are. Again, well done. :peace:
