How long does it take before harvest?

I have 6 girls.They have been in flowering stage for 11 weeks now,and was in veg stage for 7 weeks.I figured they would be ready by now.The 3 CARAMELICIOUS plants have bud on them but dont seem ready.The trichs are still silver and the buds are still small.The 3 AFGANS are just starting to get crystals.Just wanna find out what the deal is and how much longer.I think it might be my lights,just CFL bulbs and some shop lights,but its bright.Here are some pics of the CARAMELICIOUS,I got 1 thats 6 ft tall and the other 5 are between 4 and 5 ft.

The next grow get some stronger lights.

I agree....what lights are you using? At 11 weeks almost any plant should be ready to go. Some take 14 weeks but even then you should have lots of buds and crystals.
