How Long do you Veg before you Start Flowering?

Hi guys my ladies are 18 inches tall been veging for 3 1/2 weeks. I am using a 1000watt MH and was wondering when I should start using the HPS and start the 12/12 light cycle.... I am using 5 gallon nursery pots thanks...

I'd make the switch now...youre going to have double that in height when they're done
