how long do they have left? (4 strains, 1 aero setup)

Hey guys. So I knew I would run into this problem, but I have 4 different strains in an aero system with one res, and now that its getting closer to harvest I'm not sure when to flush.

I'm thinking of giving them two more weeks; the desert diesel and the cotton candy are probably going to take the longest, and the blue dream and purple wreck will surely finish sooner. Lemme throw up some pics.

IMG_20140216_094126.jpgIMG_20140216_094114.jpg This is the purple wreck. For some reason, the damn thing isn't turning purple, despite The fact that my nightime temps get as low as 50 lately, and the res temp is 50 at night and 60 lights on. Its having some weird leaf things going on:
IMG_20140215_200312.jpgIMG_20140215_200243.jpg It's like they are drying out and getting crunchy in parts. I think it's either maybe a root issue, or maybe it not handling the cold res temps? Who knows.

Here's the blue dream:IMG_20140215_200053.jpgIMG_20140214_145319.jpgIMG_20140213_213425.jpgIMG_20140213_213233.jpg
It flowered suprisngly fast considering it has a more sativa phenotype than some of the others. I think it'll definitely be ready in 2 weeks.

And here are the two that I might have to pull just a little early, if they dont finish in two weeks. The cotton candy:
IMG_20140215_200409.jpgIMG_20140215_200339.jpg it might be ready in time looking at parts
IMG_20140215_200417.jpgIMG_20140215_200434.jpg

And then there's the desert diesel, which is the one that I really dont think will be fully ready in 2 weeks. It is, however, the lowest quality of the 4 plants in the setup, and so it wouldn't be that devastating to have 1 turn out premature, as long as the others are close enough.

I guess I should add, the reason I'm wondering if they are 2 weeks from finishing or not, is bc the feeding schedule ony nutrients has Mr going to half strength for a week, and then a straight water flush for the very last week.

Soooo, any thoughts?

Aero ...Huh? so what do you use to maintenance the temps and use for a mister ...? never be afraid to flush either way, see it as a flood in nature ...but controlled

Damn Thor... very nice....

Every picture looked great....The first 10 pix the plants are ready when ever you are, the harvest window has opened...

Others... Wait until the white hairs stop popping out, and have receded ...
Good job!

I have the res sitting outside of my tent, with a square tube coming out of it. The plant sites sit along the tube, which fits through one of the lower vent ports on my tent, so the plants sit on the inside and the res sits outside the temp. The res sits right under a window that I keep cracked, and where we've had such a cold winter it keeps my canopy temps 75-80 and my res temps 55-60 without any other cooling. There's a fountain pump in the res that pumps the water up a line, and the line goes up through the square tube. Each plant site has 3 little emitters in the line that spread the water but its not a high pressure aero system. It works great tho, this is my second grow and these 4 plants were my first shot with hydro/aero and its worked out great so far.

And lilroach, I value your opinion, but do you think they all need that long? I mean there are 2 indicas in there and 2 hybrids, and right now they're at 7 weeks, so you think I need to let them all go for 11?! Fwiw, some of the pics (actually all except the first 2) are 4 or 5 days old now that I think about it, so they are a little farther along.

But I'm afraid if I let the purple wreck go much longer, the dry leaf thing might catch up to the buds and start decreasing quality quick. Not to mention, it is starting to barely get ambers and most of the pistils are recessed. I'm thinking of setting up a simple 5 gallon dwc and taking the purple wreck out of the aero and into the bucket so I can go ahead and start flushing it today.

And sand, thanks a bunch! I'm very proud of these girls, it seems Luke 3 out of the 4 are keepers. The desert diesel was one that I was looking forward to the most, but its just not quite "diesel" enough for me.

But the blue dream is amazing. Regardless of how you hear people say "true blue dream is clone only", I had heard that hso's blue dream was dank, and a heavy yielder and both are true. I'm this run it won in both of those departments compared to the other three.
